We’re now looking for highly talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our team and place Customer Experience at the heart of everything we do in order to make our success inevitable.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Account Management team, managing a portfolio of customers from a variety of sectors within the North West.
You will be highly motivated with strong communication skills, maintaining customer focus when co ordinating with colleagues and customers on projects and queries.
You will have strong commercial awareness allowing you to identifying opportunities to grow and renew our impressive product portfolio.
You will have the control to support existing customers with Enreach to ensure their expectations are met and delivered.
The aim is to secure customer retention and satisfaction while growing your customer base allowing Enreach to maximise the profit also meet install expectations.
