The business plan is to become a major player and disrupter in the UK Telco UCaaS sector, with a 20-year history, we’re more than ready to take that next step having been acquired by Enreach group in Autumn of 2019.

We’re now looking for a highly talented and ambitious Head of Channel to join our UK team and drive significant growth in the indirect channel to make our future success inevitable. If you are a confident Sales leader (B2B) with a demonstrable track record of channel/indirect sales then read on….

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring sales leader to make their mark in this fast growing and award-winning organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Sales UK you will define and drive our channel strategy, take on day to day leadership and coaching of our small, but growing, team of Channel experts with specific responsibilities including but not limited to;

Success in this role is reliant on unlocking sustainable change and collaboration across/within the business in support of the overall UK business plans.

  • Development and delivery of the Channel plan
  • Channel effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business targets
  • Channel NPS in selected channels
  • Commercial channel management to achieve business plan targets
  • Drive ROI with well executed sales and marketing channel investment initiatives
  • Execution of channel plans to deliver the business objectives through each sales channel and chosen target segments, primarily customer acquisition, Channel profitability, customer satisfaction and Channel relationship management.
  • Providing insight, training and marketing expertise as well as ensuring compliance and risk management and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinated plans in conjunction with the Director of Sales in agreeing and executing the necessary activities such as sales incentives, commissions and partner promotions.
  • Direct leadership and development of the SME Channel management team.
  • Leadership of virtual and cross functional teams to deliver collaborative solutions to GTM proposition delivery, volume and value growth activity, channel profitability and new channel onboarding.
  • Liaising with group partners, product house and UK R&D to ensure leading edge and proactive solutions are brought to market in a timely and coordinated manner.

This is a hands-on role that will see you applying your financial experience to support the transformation of our finance team along with the day-to-day disciplines of predictability and strong people management and efficiency.

Who we’re looking for:

Obviously, you will be ambitious, self-confident, and keen to make a difference in a SME where your experience and skills can be brought to the forefront, you will be empowered to a make a difference from day 1.

  • This is a new UK based role so it’s important that you have a demonstrable track record in establishing a channel management/indirect sales capability.
  • An experienced people leader and coach able to create a positive and rewarding environment that supports our values, brand and capabilities.
  • Up-to-date expertise in marketing, channel management, digital tools and GTM strategies.
  • Start-up or scale-up experience preferred.
  • Creative, structured, problem solver with excellent verbal communication skills who’s able to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and relationship building skills.
