We’re now looking for a mobile & telematics Specialist to join our team and place customer experience at the heart of everything we do to make our success inevitable.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a mobile and telematics specialist with a demonstrable track record in sales to join a successful and fast-growing national telecommunications and technology provider.

We have a formidable product line up covering:

  • Telematics
  • Fleet
  • Mobile
  • IT & software

You’ll be sitting pre-arranged appointments as well as self-generating new business for Enreach UK every day. As an ambassador for the business, you’ll have your own territory, and you’ll manage it like your own business. We’ll help and support you every step of the way, providing detailed training and ongoing support, all the sales tools you’ll need backed by a highly successful lead generation and marketing team that you’ll work closely with.

You will be managing your own data, pipeline, and sales opportunities. You will also be liaising with prospective customers and identifying requirements for our services and turning generated appointments into converted sales.

Who we’re looking for

You will be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record across the whole sales cycle in a B2B telecoms/fleet management setting able to deliver a consultative approach, identifying requirements & communicating the value that Enreach UK products and services can provide all on a professional consultive approach.

Obviously, you will be ambitious, self-confident without being arrogant and driven to exceed targets.

Being in control of your own earnings and performance, this is a fantastic opportunity for a B2B mobile & telematics specialist to join a fast growing and ambitious organisation.  Experience in telecommunication is highly desirable.

We have partnered with Webfleet Solutions, Europe’s largest and fastest growing fleet management service provider, and are now joining Bridgestone, the world’s largest tyre and rubber company. Experience of Webfleet Solutions would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial skill set with a telematics, fleet, software, mobile and IT background.

You’ll also:

  • Deliver a monthly ‘new business’ volume and gross margin target
  • Deliver a monthly ‘existing customer’ volume gross margin target
  • Maintain responsibility for your personal workload, including daily upkeep of business development activity, enquiries, call-backs, opportunities & forecasted sales
  • Meeting new business targets by scoping the customers’ requirements, specifying the solutions they require, preparing the proposal and closing the deal on a consultative basis.
  • Contact new business prospects to identify requirements and sales opportunities
  • Self-manage your own opportunities pipeline and follow up proposals in order to maximise sales
  • Keep up to date with our evolving product portfolio, trends in the UC Market place and the changing nature of work and how our solutions maximise our customers business needs
  • Identify sales opportunities for your work colleagues in other departments

It’s also essential that you have;

  • Experience in B2B selling of technology solutions / telecoms, mobile, telematics and IT would be advantageous
  • Territory planning for targeting your agreed market, sector or region
  • A positive approach, self-motivation with a desire to succeed
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • High professional and ethical good business acumen
  • Flexibility to travel
