£45k OTE uncapped commission
Reporting to: Telesales executive team leader

We’re now looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and place customer service at the heart of everything we do to make our success inevitable.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a fantastic sales department, not only be customer focused you will be involved and be apart of the sales process learning and adapting new skill sets to allow you to gain confidence and make decisions when needed to.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing team at Enreach. We’re keen to develop talent and reward your hard work. Now as part of the Enreach group, there are many possibilities for progression.

Key accountabilities.

  • Contacting potential customers from our CRM database.
  • Being confident to ask the right questions before setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Calling small to medium businesses to qualify them on their telecoms requirements.
  • Building a portfolio of customers and generating new business opportunities.
  • Handling objections.
  • Listening to the needs of the customer.
  • Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
