We won the Reseller Marketing Team of the Year (£7.5M + turnover) category at the 2020 Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards. Our Marketing team made record-breaking progress throughout the year, helping the sales team to achieve its impressive 30% growth in operating profit.
We won the Best Sales Support Team category at the 2020 Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards. The sales support team is an important part of the sales department. They helped to achieve a 140% increase in operating profit in 2019.
We were shortlisted at the 2020 Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards, in the Charity and Fundraising Award category. This was due to our charitable committee doubling and meeting its fundraising target for Severn Hospice in 2019, through regular fundraising events.
We were shortlisted in the Reseller Sales Team of the Year (£7.5M+) cateogory at the 2020 Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards. 2019 was a record-breaking year, making it the best performing sales year in our twenty-year history.
We were recognised as a finalist in the CSR Award category at the 2020 Comms National Awards. This shortlisting recognised the charity work that we’ve been doing for many years, to raise money for our chosen charity, Severn Hospice.
For the second year in a row we were shortlisted for the Best Reseller Innovation Award in the Comms National Awards. This nomination follows the continued growth of our HD Touch handsets.
Following the success of HD Touch, we were named the West Midlands Regional Winners, for the “Best Use of Technology” at the British Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Business Awards.
We placed number 35 in the Sunday Times Profit 100 list in 2018. We ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. This is thanks to the successful launch of our future-proof video phone, HD Touch, and our industry-leading customer service levels.
We won the Technology, Enterprise and Innovation award at the 2019 Shropshire Chamber Business Awards. This award recognised HD Touch and the impact it has had on local businesses.
In 2017, we were named in London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’. In its fourth edition, the report identified the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) across the UK.

For the second time in two years, we were shortlisted for the Made in the Midlands awards in the Digital Engineering/ Technology category. This award recognised the impact that HD Touch has had on businesses and how they communicate.
We were highly commended in the SME (on prem/hybrid) category at the 2019 IT Europa European IT and Software Excellence Awards. This award marks the success of our continued move into IT Services and our ‘one stop shop’ of services.
We were shortlisted for the 2019 Family Business Awards in the headline category of Family Business of the Year. Having been operating for over 20 years, we are proud of our close-knit team and the level of customer service we offer.
