Conduct a test call and switch between the speaker and built-in earpiece to check for any call quality issues.
If audio functions while on speaker mode, the handset port may be damaged. Contact support with the device’s serial number to verify warranty coverage.
Should there be no audio when switching to speaker mode during the call, the phone likely has a Quality of Service problem.
