Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
  • Activate the handset mode.

  • Ensure all peripherals are correctly connected to the device.

  • Verify the handset volume is set to an appropriate level.

  • Utilise a spare handset of the same phone model, if available, to further isolate the issue.

  • Conduct a test call and switch between the speaker and built-in earpiece to check for any call quality issues.

    • If audio functions while on speaker mode, the handset port may be damaged. Contact support with the device’s serial number to verify warranty coverage.

    • Should there be no audio when switching to speaker mode during the call, the phone likely has a Quality of Service problem.
