NO AUDIO ON YEALINK HEADSET

This article will provide you with the step-by-step instructions on resolving no audio on Yealink headset.
Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
  • Verify that the headset cord is securely plugged into the phone’s headset jack. (if applicable)

    • Check bluetooth connectivity (if applicable)
  • Confirm that the headset mode is enabled on the phone.

  • Adjust the headset volume to a comfortable listening level.

  • Test with an alternative, compatible headset to further diagnose the problem.

    • If the audio functions correctly with the alternative headset, the original phone headset may be defective. Contact the headset’s manufacturer for more assistance or reach out to Enreach support.

    • Should there be no audio with the alternative headset or when switching to speaker mode during a call, the phone may have a Quality of Service (QoS) issue.
