Verify that the headset cord is securely plugged into the phone’s headset jack. (if applicable)
- Check bluetooth connectivity (if applicable)
Confirm that the headset mode is enabled on the phone.
Adjust the headset volume to a comfortable listening level.
Test with an alternative, compatible headset to further diagnose the problem.
If the audio functions correctly with the alternative headset, the original phone headset may be defective. Contact the headset’s manufacturer for more assistance or reach out to Enreach support.
Should there be no audio with the alternative headset or when switching to speaker mode during a call, the phone may have a Quality of Service (QoS) issue.
