      Why is the volume low or unclear when I talk with the headset?

      Adjust the fit of the headset and position the microphone near your mouth to ensure it is secure and the call quality is clear. Make sure that no objects or clothing are obstructing the microphone or the sound port. Avoid making calls with the headset in areas with poor signal conditions, such as in strong winds, while riding, or in crowded spaces, as excessive background noise can impact the quality of the call.

      Why does the audio lose connection briefly?

      Avoid positioning the BT51 dongle close to interference sources like HDMI cables, DP cables, USB flash drives, USB wireless receivers, and network cables. This becomes crucial when your PC is linked to a USB hub or dock, as plugging the BT51 dongle directly into the PC in such cases may lead to sporadic audio interruptions.

      Why can’t the other party hear me?

      If the microphone boom arm of the headset is retracted or the headset is muted, extend the boom arm or press the mute button to unmute. Alternatively, verify that the headset is compatible with your desk phone. Additionally, cross-test the headset with other devices to ensure it functions correctly.

      Can I use BH7X headsets while they are charging?

      You can use the headset during USB charging, but it cannot leave the charging cradle when it is wirelessly charging.

      What will cause the BH7X headsets to enter sleep mode?

      Firstly, manually disconnect all connections with the headset on the host device; the headset will remain in the connected state for 8 hours before entering sleep mode after the timeout period.

      To exit sleep mode, perform one of the following actions:

      – Press the button to the Bluetooth position for 1 second and release. The headset will wake up and reconnect.
      – Press the button to the Bluetooth position for 3 seconds and release. The headset will wake up and enter pairing mode.
      – Press the MFB button. The headset will wake up and reconnect.
