    How do I reset the phone?

    To reset the T5 series phones, press “*” and “#” simultaneously for several seconds. For the conference phones, simultaneously press the two “mute” buttons for a few seconds.

    Which Teams business cloud phones support hybrid-mode?

    The conference phones can support hybrid-mode, VP59 does not support it.

    How do I sync Outlook contacts to Yealink Teams Phones?

    Make sure that the Teams app of the phone is 1449/1.0.94.2022041102. 

    1. Adding a single contact from Outlook

      • Go to Outlook

      • Click People

      • Click New Contact

      • Enter the information (name, Email, mobile phone, etc.) of the contact

      • Click Save & Close

      • Open Teams and see the Calls -> Contacts (it might take some time to sync)

    2. Add a group of contacts from Outlook

      • Go to Outlook web page

      • Click People->Manage contacts->Import contacts

      • Import your CSV file

      • Open Teams and see the Calls -> Contacts (it might take some time to sync)

      Maximum of 100 contacts can be added at one time.
