WHAT IS A SOFTPHONE APP?

The Enreach softphone app will enable you to work remotely or travel with your full cloud phone system. Our softphone app is user-friendly – making life easier for those that aren’t tech-savvy. Enabling your employees to work smarter, not harder—delivering the mobility and productivity to have a unified communications system.

GETTING STARTED WITH THE ENREACH SOFTPHONE APP

Getting started with the Enreach softphone app couldn’t be easier. It works with Apple iOS and Android systems and can be used across mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop devices. Below are the system requirements and step-by-step guide to install.

    Downloading and installing the app

    Mobile Access

    1. Ensure you have an Enreach Contact account; if not, speak with our sales team today.
    2. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    3. Login using the credentials provided by our customer success team.

    1. Ensure you have an Enreach Contact account; if not, speak with our sales team today.
    2. Use this link to access the browser platform.
    3. Login using the credentials provided by our customer success team.

    SETTING UP YOUR SOFTPHONE APP

    To access the Enreach softphone app you will need to have an active cloud phone system account. Our system is Enreach Contact. 

    Once you have this, you will then be provided login credentials to be able to use the full features of your cloud phone system with our app.

    Creating your account

    Details of our cloud phone system can be found here. Once you’re ready, simply request a quotation, call us on 0800 097 6543, or email enquiries.uk@enreach.com.

    Configuring your settings

    The configuration of your account is simple, as this will initially be handled by our customer success team. Once you have access to the account, you will be able to adjust any settings. We have provided a number of walkthrough videos below to simplify any configuration of the phone system when using your softphone app.

        Do I need a headset for a softphone?

        No, you do not need a headset to use a softphone BUT, it is definitely recommended as to have the best experience and to prevent others from hearing your conversations.

        How does a softphone work?

        A softphone is a software application that makes calls over the internet. Ensuring you can work anywhere, anytime with a variety of phone systems including traditional PBX phone systems.

        Where can I find information on ISDN switch off?

        ISDN was originally due to be switched off January 2025, but the decision has been made to delay this until 2027 to ensure businesses can migrate. More information can be found on the end of ISDN.
