Continuing to support our staff and customers during the second lockdown

Due to the most recent government guidelines regarding the second country-wide lockdown, the entire Network Telecom team will return to remote working as of Thursday 5th November. We want to assure you that we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers throughout this challenging time, and want to keep you updated as to the measures we have put in place to effectively support our team and our customers.

Thanks to the use of NT Cloud PRO and our award winning video phone NT Multimedia, we will have full remote working capabilities in place. As a result, our staff will continue to operate as close to normal as possible, serving our prospective and current customers with the same high standards as always.

We are taking the following actions to keep our staff and customers safe:

  • Should customers require a site visit, our staff will take the appropriate precautions to prevent the risk of spreading the virus. They will adhere to social distancing, wear the appropriate PPE and only stay on site for as short a time as possible.
  • Customers with site visits already booked in during this lockdown will be contacted by our team in due course, to decide if they would like to go ahead with the appointment.
  • Our customer service team will be operating within our normal business hours of 9-5:30 and our emergency out of hours team will still be on hand. With our full team working remotely, please do bear with us should you encounter any background noise or longer waiting times
  • We’re providing remote installations and training to ensure that customers are able to work effectively throughout this lockdown. We’re able to deliver fully configured cloud phone systems, as well as additional business mobiles, WiFi dongles and much more. We’re also providing diverts and auto messaging to modify older systems, to allow your teams to stay connected.
