How we've reacted to COVID-19

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the telecoms industry has become more crucial than ever before, not only for supplying essential IT and telephony solutions but in getting hundreds of thousands of businesses set up with remote working. This has meant that telecoms providers are playing a crucial role in keeping the economy moving during these challenging times.

We’ve discussed the four main ways that, here at Enreach, we are ensuring we can do all that we can to help.

We’ve seamlessly moved from physical to virtual

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of change for the telecoms industry as face-to-face visits are no longer possible. This means big changes for our sales consultants, account managers and, perhaps most importantly, for our engineers. Onsite installations are no longer an option, unless in essential cases, which means engineers have had to move to remote installations. This means that our solutions are either set up by the engineer before being shipped out, or the engineer is assisting the customer to set up the solution themselves via a call or video link.

We’ve focused on top-class training

Similar to installations, on-site training is no longer possible. In normal practice, engineers would perform system training on site. Luckily, we offer a remote training service so that customers can get full training via video link. Customers simply book a slot, connect to our meeting room and have a full training session before asking any questions they may have.

We’ve responded to our customers’ sense of urgency

With so many businesses having to drastically change the way they work, there is a huge sense of urgency for our new and existing customers to get set up remotely as quickly as possible. We have taken the appropriate steps to ensure quicker remote installs. In addition, we are focusing on supplying as many plug and play phone systems as possible, while offering YouTube tutorials on how businesses are able to divert their phone calls to their mobiles, ensuring no calls are missed. Despite all the Enreach team working from home, we still offer 24/7 support.
