The end of 2021 is near!

We are officially approaching the end of 2021 and what a year it has been. With many of the teams working remotely this year, we’ve faced a number of challenges but had a fantastic year regardless!

Let’s take a look back at what we have achieved this year…


Earlier in the year we officially rebranded from Network Telecom to Enreach as part of our growth strategy to create best-in-class products and services. As Enreach, we are able to further support our customers’ needs, with access to more products and great dedication to our customer experience.

New Faces

A lot of new faces were seen around the Enreach office this year, with loads of exciting developments both internally and externally.

Most notable, in July we welcomed Violetta Parylo as our new CFO. Violetta joined us from the Institute of Chartered Surveyors after 11 years in senior roles. We also expanded our senior management team with two key hires! Samantha Morton joined us as a Finance Controller with 25 years of finance experience and has been a key asset to the team. We also had Keeley Jones join us as Head of Customer Experience after 18 years at Pace Telecom, which we acquired this April.

Great success

This year we saw a record number of sales and installs from our superstar team, and it cannot be missed, how much work they have put in this year, supporting businesses in the new normal. We have taken on lots of new customers and upgraded our current ones to make sure that, we provide quality care and an excellent customer experience.

We’re proud to have been shortlisted for, and named winners of, a multitude of awards this year including the Channel Champions Sales Support Team of the Year and the Channel Champions Marketing Team of the Year. Our futureproof desk phone, HD Touch, was also highly commended in the Best Reseller Innovation category at this year’s Comms National Awards.

Future plans

Thanks to our amazing team here in the UK as well as across the entire Group, we have some very exciting plans for 2022. We’ll be expanding into a wider mobile and broadband offering, extending our partnership with Microsoft and further developing our customer experience to name a few.
