NT Together: February Fundraiser

Earlier this year we announced that we have created a charitable committee – NT Together – to raise funds for our charity of the year, Severn Hospice. We recently held our first fundraising event of the year with our Valentine’s day themed “share the love” event.

We collaborated with local bakery, Planet Doughnut, to create Network Telecom branded doughnuts in a variety of flavours to sell in our office on Friday afternoon and boy, did they sell?! We were pleasantly surprised to see a queue of our team eager to get their hands on the yummy doughnuts in flavours such as Oreo, Parma violet and raspberry. We sold out in under 20 minutes.

In addition, throughout the Valentine’s week we ran a “guess the sweets” competition where over 25 people got involved to try and win the grand prize. One of our R & D team managed to guess the exact number of sweets down to the very last one!

We are very pleased to say that our February fundraiser raised a grand total of £155.15 which will go straight to Severn Hospice in helping them to raise their annual costs of £11.3 million.
