The new normal: a look at working practices in 2021

You’re much more likely to say exactly what you want, in the clearest way possible, and be able to provide further information instantly, if needed.

The same can be said for interactions with customers. By being able to talk face-to-face, you will gain a greater sense of exactly what they need and how you can achieve that. You’ll also be able to ask questions, listen to any query or concerns they may have, and provide solutions in a more relaxed and friendly manner. Being able to see the person you’re talking to is a powerful thing, and with customers, you’re sure to build strong, more proactive relationships with them and provide an even better service!
