We’ve been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards!
For the first time, we have been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards! These awards celebrate the best of the best when it comes to customer experience across all industries in the UK. So, it’s safe to say we are really proud of ourselves for getting shortlisted for the Most Improved CX!

2021 was a big year for us, we made lots of changes that resulted in impressive results. The senior team at Enreach worked hard to establish what needed to be carried out, how it would work, and how to improve the overall customer service strategy.

We worked on a complete mindset shift to ensure a customer-first experience throughout the business. A major improvement to the process has been prioritising how our CEX team measures, produces and responds to customer data, and how these filters through to different areas of the business. This nomination shows us how much progress we’re making and only motivates us to continue improving our efforts. We are up against some fantastic competition including Sky, so we can’t wait to see how we do!
