Without question, 2020 was a challenging year for the ICT industry. However, it’s no secret that the trends that appeared in 2020 are set to continue not just throughout the rest of 2021 but no doubt beyond as well. Flexible working has truly been cemented as the ‘new normal’ and telecoms providers are at the forefront of making this happen.
It could be argued that the ICT industry, Enreach included, is better placed than some to weather the impact of COVID-19. We’ve proved our resilience in 2020 and will continue to grow throughout 2021, with providers bringing out new products to best support flexible working, ensuring customers can truly work from anywhere. In addition, we’re taking our own advice and utilising our products to ensure that no matter where our teams are based, we can provide our customers with the best possible service.
We have seen a huge influx in businesses offering their staff this flexibility, therefore planning to give their teams the choice of working wherever they prefer once restrictions allow. This no longer means either office-based or home-based teams.
