A welcoming business man

At Enreach we are all about transparency. We all know what it’s like when you start a new job, you don’t know what it’s really like inside the company, how the company treats their staff, or the overall company goal, and it can be quite daunting. But not at Enreach, in this blog, you will get an inside look at how our culture is at the forefront of everything we do and how we are still growing and evolving so that this is a workplace people are excited to attend every morning. Employee feedback is important to us, so this is why we are making changes to ensure they feel heard.

When looking at our people, we focus four key pillars which are: excitement, expertise, confidence, and trust. Now, what does this really mean? Don’t panic, we will explain…

Excitement

The notion we like to work with is that you can go to bed at night, wake up in the morning feeling tired and not particularly excited to go to work. Or you can wake up with a different kind of energy, with your day planned ahead of you, excited to make a difference, to work with your colleagues and work for a purpose. That is what we want. We want employees to have the drive to work for us, the want to make a difference, we want you to be happy with what you do. Enreach is one of Europe’s fastest growing telecoms companies! This is something to be excited about.

Expertise

Within our company, we have a well-rounded selection of people who all have different expertise, strengths, and weaknesses. We like to promote continuous learning here so that we allow our staff to learn and grow within the company. To provide this continuous learning, we have given our staff access to one of the largest online learning platforms, and not only do we have access these external platforms, but we are lucky enough to have an amazing team that has developed our internal SkillsHub. The aim with the is to get staff to be more demanding of there managers, so they can at any point request training in any area they choose, which opens the opportunity to well-rounded staff, and internal growth. This is something we have only launched recently, and it is incredibly exciting for our Enreachers.

Confidence

Confidence is something we love at Enreach as it really helps our staff to work wonders. We are looking at evolving into an environment where our team is confident enough to present new ideas and to be more demanding of their manager so that if they need any additional support, they are receiving it.

Trust

Once again, trust is something that we find important and is something that goes hand in hand with confidence. We foster a culture that colleagues have each other’s backs and celebrate ideas to make the magic happen.

Enreach is a modern and evolving company, and we are happy to admit that we’re still learning. We make it a priority to listen to our staff and relish feedback as we are a company that listens. So here is our Enreach promise to you:

“If you work at Enreach you will be joining an ambitious, fast-growing company, that runs with complete transparency. You will be able to join a workplace, where you can be your true self and make a difference, and you will also be joining a company that has fully embraced the challenges of hybrid working.” – Steve Webb, Director of People and Culture.

If this sounds like a workplace that you could work wonders in, why not take a look at our career page.
